Consent to participate?
You should have received a “Participant Information and Consent Form” from your child’s school.  This explains in more detail what is involved to help you decide if you want to take part.

What if I change my Mind?
If you decide to take part and later change your mind, you are free to withdraw from the study at a later stage. 

Please read the 'Information and Consent Form' information carefully. Before deciding whether or not to take part, you might want to talk about it with your school principal or teacher.
